Returns & Exchanges

At Velvet Rose, we take pride in the exquisite quality of our luxury gowns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order at our Ajman boutique or via delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
• All original luxury tags and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase from Velvet Rose must be provided.
• Items marked as "Bespoke" or "Custom Made" are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Beirut Street facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value luxury dresses.
