Bespoke & Custom Orders
Special orders and custom-made luxury dresses require a non-refundable deposit. Since these items are tailored to your specific measurements, they cannot be cancelled or modified once the production process has commenced.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. For boutique purchases in Ajman, full payment is required before the final collection of the garment.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and brand imagery displayed by Velvet Rose are the exclusive property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our luxury dress designs is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Velvet Rose shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of items found to have manufacturing defects upon delivery.
